Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages The Goomba Shop is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
